Ughh, horrible at 435

DON'T move here unless you want to be harassed about every little thing. They have the attitude of a luxury building and they are not one. Their elevators break all the time, I've had bugs numerous times since there has been construction for the back area forever, I've had many things that should NOT break in my apt break (to the point where I've gotten apt insurance) yet you will get screamed via nasty letters for everything, ex: if your garbage is bigger than a box of tissues. I've had friends in this building and they have had issues too (ex: heat gets too hot you can%u2019t breathe and the side facing this street is extremely noisy).I've lived in many buildings in the city, and have never had issues like this.
