Anybody know anything about this building? Huge beautiful uws pre-war bldg, pretty good location! But no comments on this site and very few listings...

This is next to 171 West 72nd and both buildings used to act as one with mega-huge apartments that were cut up. Some still remain. The prior owner tried to coop both buildings in the mid 1980's and that did not happen. Even the chopped up apartments have large rooms. Last I heard there was still much in the way of long standing tenants. There never was much movement there.
