Discussion about
So if a place sold for 1 million, what is the ballpark it can rent for.... I know there are tons of variables....but I just wonder if there is any rough way. LIke what would a 1.5 million place typically rent for... Assuming in east or west village... Thanks in advance

Just look for similar building with similar amenities, unit sizes, etc. in the same street or couple blocks. Search streeteasy. New York is way to diverse in neighborhoods to have a formula.
