Willing to share a super with someone in West Village landlord needs a good worker will give apartment or pay $500 per month.

don't know any supers, but free apartment seems like better deal than $6,000 a year...

do you need someone union? I have a friend who is a property manager who would love to move downtown, and can get whatever technical licenses you need, but isn't 32BJ.
