house swap for downtown 2 bedroom 2 bath

those are two verrrrrry distinct markets... not too many one or zero kid downtown couples, much less singles, desperate for a queens tudor. good luck tho.

yep, problem is you grow up in forrest hills/jamaica estates,then move to manhattan.
If you end up looking to go back to suburbia, you don't retreat back to queens but end up in Long Island instead.

I agree, I was just thinking that perhaps someone with children might want the extra room and a large yard with pool and still have the low taxes and easy trip to Manhattan. Probably wishful thinking on my part. Thanks for your insight.
