We need an excellent contractor to renovate our recently purchased apt. Kitchen, bath, closets, and shelving need to be updated/added. Any ideas?

Where is the apartment? How strict is your building? Must be union? Must have insurance above $1 million? Is this a job that you will file with the Dept of Buildings?
