Discussion about
The pricing on these seems outrageous, especially given the high cc and taxes.
It's Dumbo. They saw how fast Kirkman Lofts sold.
I agree re pricing especially it is technically in Vinegar Hill.
The apartments look beautiful (from photos anyway) and there seems to be a good amount of interest. I'm curious enough to take a look, even though I prefer my current neighborhood. The prices are ambitious, but not surprising.
btw, how does this compare to 79 bridge and 37 bridge?
i was there yesterday. its a pretty well done development. compared to the other dumbo main buildings (70 washington, 100 jay, 30 main, etc.) its probably as good but you also get great outdoor space with a lot of the units. they don't let you walk the actual space unless you put in an offer but there is a tv set up that they can show you recorded views which helps a lot.
bjw come by my office at 102 front st, I will give you a tour.
Angelo, can you view the actual units without putting in an offer? If so, I'd be happy to drop by one of these weekends.
No bjw, you must come with a briefcase of cash.
Idiot.
huntersburg to the rescue. Busy reminding you how smart he is and how rational he is.
Hey look, Columbia County, how long does it take for streeteasy's latest posts to reach you?
hburg, did you read mdb's comment? Not sure why he/she'd lie, as crazy as the notion actually is.
its going to be a couple weeks before they are ready anyway. Right now the building is a little premature, only floorplans, renderings and range prices. I can let you know when so you can be one of the first to see it when they are ready. I dont know why they started showings yet, all our buyers were asking and we have been showing since september because of the demand, but everyone is waiting to put offers in until it is 100% ready.
angeloz. they have several contracts out. my clients have one as well.
