Kenneth Collins, the landlord of this building, is the most horrific slumlord I've ever met. He made every stage of moving in and out incredibly difficult and never answered his phone whenever we had a problem. The front door of the building was always left open, even after we told Ken about it repeatedly and expressed concern about the three break-ins that took place on the street (one only five doors down). None of the appliances in the apartment work correctly, the in-house air conditioning is always broken, the shower shuts off and has to be restarted when anyone in the house flushes the toilet. There is also a cat hoarder that lives next door and the whole building (including the back terrace and cross breeze into the apartment) reeks of cat piss. We moved out after three months and it was the best decision we ever made.
