Does a 10023 2bed 1 bath 800+sqft pre-war coop needs gut reno to sell; or should I sell in estate condition? what will reno price add to final$. In other words should I pay the $ to gut it, and in this mkt should I just put list in estate condition. I need to sell within 9 months. And what would I expect to pay for a gut reno? thx, uws
