How much will this trade for?

3c- sold for 1.065 and 5c for 1.13 in June. So under 1mm?

I've never understood this building's prices. It is an utterly charmless location. If being across from a Whole Foods is a plus for some people, I get it even less. Here, you get what is essentially a studio with 2 closets for $1.2 with a ridiculous wall for a tiny bed. I get that it is tall ceilings, two baths. But the views aren't anything, Seventh Ave is kinda gross, cool stuff is a 10 minute walk away... Given that these apartments do (and have) sold, I realize I don't "get it" but for this price and this monthly fee, I'd want a hell of a lot better location/views/light. That's just me.

Will sell for between $1M and $1.1M. Brooks2 suggestion of under $1M makes no sense based on the 5C comp. The location is very good actually. Not for everyone, but then again, there is no such thing as a location that is appealing to everyone.
