Case #1 - 317 West 77th, closed for 3.8m last spring, complete wreck. In contract with last ask at almost 13m. Lots of work done, but not 8m worth. Case #2 - 311 West 74th, closed at mid-4s, 2007/8. Off and on market at various asks, closed at 8m and change a few months ago. Case #3 - 116 (or is 114) West 71st, closed at mid-4s approx. 5 years ago, on market in the teens. We will see.

nyc10023 - does this mean you're going to sell the brownstone and move to the Beresford?
