Any thoughts on this unit and the other 1-brs on sale in this building?

I live in that building. I think most of the straight 1BRs (around 680 - 700 sqft) have gone in the low to mid $600s. Building is well run, staff is friendly, amenities are basic but well maintained. I think the building overall is a pretty good value when compared to the new condos that have gone up over the last few years in the area (Orion, MiMa, Atelier).
