A one bedroom, one closet, 24 x 13, with a room divider. Two bedrooms? More than a stretch - chutzpah.

we looked at this building - i forget the dealbreaker but there was one ... i believe the coop financials were sub-par, if i recall correctly.

sounds about right-- sub-par financials along with false advertising. You'd think the broker might want to appears some what credible

It's a great building (I uses to live there) but you can probably find better apartments in the building...

Interesting - two years ago, the bedroom I assumed to be originally 24 x 13, is listed at 18.5 x 13. Is this "broker math" ? -
(9 x 13) + (15 x 13) = 18.5 x 13. A room divider that creates two living spaces and adds square footage - where do you find that?
