Yes, it's the Springs, considered the poor section of EH. We have a home there and love it. Our house is on 2 acres, secluded, but there are sections of the Springs where the houses are very crammed in together, on small lots. There are also houses which are right on the bay, which go for millions. Some folks look down on the Springs, but the only real downside to it is that the taxes are higher. Many locals live in the Springs and the Spring , hence there are more kids whose education has to be paid for.

House looks great in pictures, would definitely look at it, although it's only on ,5 acres- maybe it was done by a contractor, who has to let it go
