Discussion about 40 Bond Street #TH1
This has got to be the ugliest $15m apartment I've seen in a long time. A lot of space below grade, 2 relatively small BRs, no natural light. Yuck. Just my 2 cents but I'm taking my fictional $15m elsewhere. What am I missing (other than address p*rn).
