Discussion about 40 Willow Place in Brooklyn Heights
the house is definitely not 6600 sq ft of livable space. the main room (2nd floor is not 1500 sq ft).

who quoted 6600 sf of livable space? Does it really matter how much sf there is? I think you need to ask is the place big enough for you? Will it fit all your furniture? And is it worth 7.5m to you? They give room dimensions on the floorplan which is hard to read online, but if you add that up, you will get all the useable sf. If you like the property, I advise you to get your own engineer and put the tape down and measure yourself. Thats what i always do. Floorplans and square footage quotes are always suspect in real estate.
