Sale at 720 Greenwich Street #4F

It looks like a privacy wall, hence the photos showing it at different stages. I once rented there and it's a great building.

Thanks...It is a nice bldg and a seemingly good apartment but what is the benefit of a wall like that instead of a solid wall. Also, more importantly, the floor plan shows the wall curves in and separates the fridge from the kitchen-is there any benefit to this?

Not that I'm aware of. Probably just a forward-thinking interior designer.

Zerocool86, I actually saw the apartment yesterday. The wall is stationary, and not in the best condition. Also, the agent clearly believes it's an eyesore because she told everyone the wall could be removed almost immediately after they walked in.

Thanks for your help...how does she apartment show? Is it nice? Would be something I'd have looked at so I was curious...
