(Discussing PS 46 Arthur Tappan) I saw this school on Fox 5 News. They were talking about how the kids watch TV instead of having gym class. I am curious what kind of repercussions the principal might face for this. I am sure if this school were in an affluent community, he'd be out on his ear.

I am a parent of a child at this school and my child told me he been had no gym for the past 6 years!! I think its disgracefull and apalling
