I know its early. But I am planning ahead. If anyone can help when it gets closer that would be great! I need a 1bdrm, allows dogs and cats of all sizes, on the East Side near 6 Train or Astoria Queens, near Yellow Line. 1250-1450 MAX price. NO FEE. Thanks!

You're looking for a SHARE, I assume? No way will you find your own 1-bedroom apartment for that price on the East Side (unless you're talking East Harlem).

That's pretty much what I meant. Though, I do not know the area in Harlem. And, A share? What do you mean? I need 2 people to fit in one 1 bdrm apt. if that's what you mean.

And, I know people that have apts. in Queens for that price at least.
