One Bedroom vs Studio in Williamsburg

Hi all, I'm just wondering if there might be a rough ballpark figure on how much less a studio is worth than a one bedroom. I suppose per sqft or a percentage would be helpful to know...$30/sqft less, $50sqft less etc. I'm looking at condos in the 500K-700K range, and some studios are similar to one bedroom except they don't have windows, so aren't legal. Thanks!

gener15, I didn't know there were many studios for sale. Most new construction I've seen starts at 1BR. I suppose if you're seeing some studios, they'd have to trade at a noticeable discount given the availability of 1 beds.

Gener, with this budget you can even buy a 2 bed in Williamsburg!

Thanks for the response! There are a few out there, but it tough quantifying a potential value for some of these spaces. Here's one

Going off of somewhat similar comps, but with one bedroom, it seems slightly overpriced but not sure how to factor that it's a studio.
