Looking for a good place for kitchen cabinets etc.

Totally redoing a kitchen, but I can't seem to find a good place to get cabs. The place I was going in Jersey is too disorganized. Looking for frameless cabinets - probably in white shaker style but open to some light color. Not IKEA - we'll probably have some customizations needed. Not sure if we want to do painted maple or some kind of plastic. I saw the Innermost display at HD and that looks about right but I think we'd do better with a smaller shop. Any recs? Am willing to go outside NYC. I keep hearing about these great "centers" in the Bronx, Queens, and Westchester and can't seem to find any names. Will also need appliances, including, hopefully a great 36" range and hood. And countertop.
