Price Chopper at 66 Grand Street #1

This place does not appear to have any natural light, apart from the glassed entrance door. No windows in the "living" room. First floor on a block that experiences sewer flooding every time we have a nor'easter. No thanks.

DId Barnum & Bailey paint this place? After a zillion days on the market, you would think someone would decide to repaint the place white and take some new photos. Strange layout, horrible clash of decorating styles between kitchen, bath, etc). Likely compromised light on first floor. This place has problems. To sell within a reasonable time, it at the very least needed some serious staging and much better photos. What is it "playing up" as its appeal here? Weirdness? If a loft, sell it as a loft, not a backstage warren at a circus.
