Discussion about 451 West Broadway #5N
This apartment is listed at 1,700SF but felt small when I visited.The printed out floorplan indicates the apartment is only 1,526 SF. Anyone have any insight?

The open sink in the bedroom and narrow office are both pretty odd... Doesn't seem like a lot of usable space at any sq footage.
