Discussion about
The property that I wanted to purchase was off the market right before I started to make bidding. It happened about 5months ago. However I heard that the owner of the property still wants to sell the buiding. Can I approach him directly? or the broker needs to approach him? seems like the owner has issues with brokers.

As a buyer, you should do whatever you want, you have no obligation to anyone. If the owner has issues with brokers, approach him directly and let him deal with potentially another issue. But it's not your problem. Good luck.
