Mortgage Rates Drop Below 4% Again!

Mortgage Rates have dropped again to below 4%. http://www.marketwatch.com/story/30-year-mortgage-falls-below-4-again-2011-11-10 Will they stay here? I think they will hover between 3.875% and 4.125%. What do you think?

It's unlikely to rise until after the next presidential election. The Fed knows which side of their toast is buttered.

Correct about the rates. Now if the banks will actually lend.

Once you have chosen a repayment or an interest-only mortgage, you will also have to consider the different types of interest rate options. Always read the full terms and small print of each mortgage type and don't just look at the headline marketing rate.
