As a LL, let me tell you that you are much better off searching for rentals here on SE, where we actually post them, not on UrbanSherpa who has old out dated information. I cant tell you how many calls I get from people from those websites asking about apartments from weeks/months ago

UrbanSherpa aggregates all of the no-fee listings in the city from the landlords - anyone can get that info.
