The old rule of thumb is 100-your age in stocks... but there was a book recently about making sure you don't correlate to your job - as in if you work on wall street, make that number lower.

You may have missed my update on the Court ordered Injunction in which the judge took them to school.
They needed the lesson.

They won't be giving owners problems anymore.

by taking legal action against me and their interpretation of the bylaws was "implausible" and ordered them not to manage the condo in ways that are "unlawful".

The injunction is the gift from me to the other unit owners, that keeps on giving.
