Converting side room into a bathroom

I would think you can use the same riser for both bathrooms, Too difficult to price without looking at it. I would be happy to look at it if you would like

Sad how no one makes LOW-end triplexes anymore ...

If you're running a pipe 20 feet, it probably can't be completely flat, so you might have to raise the flooring in order to accomodate the slope. But have Primer look at it; he can tell you.

@ NYCMatt...I am considering a low-end triplex...the problem is I have no way to gauge how much I could rent that for (I would like a rough estimate so I can figure out how much money I should put into the project), because as you said, there arent really any low-end triplexes out there. As a low end triplex (without the master bath) it would still be 4br, 4bth (approx 3000 square feet of living space 1000 sq feet outdoor.) The building is located on the Upper East side, between 1st and 2nd avenue. Any ideas what a low-end triplex like this could go for?

@ Primer05...This project wouldnt be taking place till at least the summer. Are you a contractor? If so, what is your contact info?
