Discussion about 116 West 22nd Street #PHB

I actually feel bad for the agent who's gonna have to sit through these open houses believing that price is normal because they think this unit is 1800 sqft interior. THat's PHA. This is what happens when everyone is too lazy to double check things. Especially a unit with this history.
This apartment is 1200 sq ft. Citihabitats, you should stick with rentals.
yep, looks more like 1,200...pricing history still all over the place, place looks depressing
It seems the developer (a real prize) screwed up the documents, so PHA and PHB had their unit and lot numbers swapped. So the deeds were wrong, mortgages were wrong, and on and on.
Back a few years ago they tried to fix, but the amended declaration wasn't recorded, or something.
Now one of the owners is being foreclosed upon, so the court issued an order trying to sort it all out. There's an amended declaration and plans on ACRIS.
I forgot already which is A and which is B, but the pictures and floorplan belong to the 1800 one.
The pricing history doesn't make sense because the the developer sold the unit to himself through the development company at a massivelu inflated price. Seems like he's trying to rip off the bank. The tenant living there is his friend! He is trying to sell this in a back to back short sale. Not sure how much they have to pay to the bank later. The broker is also their friend. They are all Israeli friends.
