Take over our lease (no fee!) at 41 River Terrace (Tribeca Pointe) in north Battery Park city. April 1st 2008 through January 31 2009. Rent $6075. 2 beds with 2 baths (baths redone when we moved in 2 years ago). On 41st floor with floor to ceiling wrap around windows north to west- completely unobstructed city and water views- it is breathtaking.
