Discussion about
Does anyone have any suggestions on any local newspapers to market in Bronx. My client wants to sell fast but without compromizing the price too much - I am looking for every possible way to market this property. Thanks, Elena

you might want to look into www.hightimes.com

It would be very appropriate for what you're looking for.

evr206 Can I ask you a favor? What is the name of your brokerage company?, It's important for everyone to know just in case they need a good broker to represent them in selling their apt or building. I need this information for I'm putting a list together naming the dumbest agents in NYC.
The sellers name would also be helpful to me for I'm also working on article on why any idiot can own real estate and who they hire when they want to unload it.

Let's think like an SE person:

1) Her initials, based on her username are probably E.V.R.
2) Her first name is probably Elena, based on the first comment in the thread.
3) Searching for the first name Elena in the search box brings back a total of 22 agents. However, only one of these comes back as having a last name that begins with R. That person would be Elena Russo who works with RE/MAX Metro.

Now, this could not be the person. Who knows?

Does this help you out, renterjoey?

Why is this a dumb question?
This is a RE site, is it not?
Could be a site for meanies, that love RE, hate folks that facilitate the transaction, too cheap to get therapy.

falcogold1, as it is said in a movie that I have since forgotten, there are no dumb questions, only dumb people.

But seriously, if Elena took the time to do a little research before posting on here I am sure she could have found the answer she was looking for without having to ask the question here. Is that fair to say, Falco?

Actually, it's not the agent that's at fault it's the person that listed their property with her.

Lots of ads for Bronx property in RE weekly. But, agree that if it were my property & my broker posted this on SE's chat board, I'd pull the listing asap.
