What Tribeca buildings have apts that come with parking spaces? 429 Greenwich and 195 Hudson are the only ones I'm aware of. Thanks

31.33 and 35-37 N. Moore street have some apartments where owners purchased a parking space

The Grabler Bulding, and I believe the one next to it, on Laight Street have parking. Both, however, are right at the tunnel entrance/exit. A friend bought in one of these at the outset and could have bought spaces at something like $80K each, and I believe they are now trading at a multiple of that number.

1 York has that fully automated parking lot. For what people are paying there a spot must be included.
