We had one installed in our building in the Village. Really hated it. The service itself was terrible, and it kept breaking down/not working as promised.
Can you give him a virtual tip?
Virtual doormen stink!
We have virtual doorman in our building (small in the village) and it works great. Basic value added ability to let delivery people into package room. also security as cameras are all over the place. Doorman would be better but much more expensive clearly. Keep in mind that there are other companies that are not nearly as good as virtual doorman. Ours never broke down and works as promised.
IMO, for a 50 unit condo, hire a human doorman or concierge, no?
