Any definitive list?? Can't be THAT long.. are they normally pay for pool pass or everyone chips in to maintain via HOA? thanks
Haven't seen a list, i know a few on the UES, usu part of your maintenance.
I know of two in the west 50's...........Central Park Place on W. 57th St (bet. 8th and 9th ave), and The Sheffield- 322 W. 57th St. (both buildings are Condos). Sheffield is great, it's on the 50th floor with an outside sun deck.
Some rentals- The Ritz Plaza (w. 48th St.), MIMA (W. 42nd Street).
Never heard of a definitive list though.....
Another rental with a pool - 120 W. 60th st South Park Tower I think it's called.
Condo - One Lincoln Plaza @ 64th bt Broadway and CPW - it's a club and access to pool/restaurant/sundeck/gym/ etc is by yearly membership fee.
160 west 66th - condo
333 East 66 Street.
Georgetown Plaza, 60 East 8th Street.

The Coplely at 2000 Broadway (68th Street).
The Lucerne, a rental building at the corner of East 79th and 1st Avenue has a lap pool.

Palazzo Chupi, London Terrace
thanks all.. for buildings with yearly membership what's the average $/year or month to have access (understanding proly strong variance based on build/loc)?
visionaire in bpc - condo building
200 Rector Place, Liberty Court in bpc; building is a condo. Pool is on the 46th floor with outdoor sun decks, steam and sauna rooms. Cost to join is about $800.00 per year.
515 E 72, nice pool and then some
I'd be happy to send you a list....is this for buildings to purchase in or rental buildings...or both?
330 east 37 ( Corintian)
180 EEA
there are a lot.. 400 east 56th, vanderbilt 235 east 40th are a couple
If you are after a pool 3 Lincoln center has a nice one. Considering the flat real estate market and tons of choices out there, I can't imagine why anyone would not buy into a building with a pool
Metropoitan Tower at 146 West 57th.
London terrace( coop) pool is stunning
Bldg with cafe des artistes.
The Promenade (Condo) on the UES has a great pool.
The A Building at 425 East 13th. It is a condo. Outdoor pool on the roof.
My records show 263 buildings in Manhattan with a pool....if you'd like to provide a more focused criteria, I'd be happy to pass along a trimmed-down list.
300 east 54th Street
400 e 67, 470 w 24, 345 e 93, 500 w 53, 325 Fifth, 20 Pine, 200 e 89, 45 e 89 all come to mind
The Columbia on Broadway and 96th St has a beautiful big pool, large health club, children's play room, squash courts, outdoor deck space etc.

nice find!
Ha! Happy Holidays Rinette.
Don't forget Copperfields place
I wonder how many condos or townhomes have pools. We've talked about the premium for terraces; what do we think the premium is a for a pool? I imagine for that individual who values a pool, it is quite high.
Every time a buyer wants to see the pool in some Coop/Condo, no one is using it.
That can be a good thing if you swim on a regular basis.
I feel like the serious swimmers are in and out of the pool before business hours. I only have a few data points, but two of the most driven people I know were serious competitive swimmers at the university level who came to work by 8 am after their morning exercise in the pool. One was the CEO of a company where I was in-house counsel, and the other was a fellow associate in big law.
