Discussion about One Carnegie Hill at 215 East 96th Street in Yorkville
Can anyone tell me the story about this building? New development? Amenities? Seems like it's on the edge of a bad neighborhood. Can't find any information on SE

Yes the hood is not the best.
The building is a land lease which makes maint expensive and unpredictable over time. The sister adjoining bulding 215 is a rental you actually enter 217 from 215. I would rent before buying if that. Also the Co op is slated for maint increases. I would not buy there.
