Discussion about 613 East 6th Street in East Village
Any one have any thoughts on 613 east 6th street? do you think 789 is a fair price? the last unit in there, i think sold for 764 in 2007 - but i think it was bigger and had more amenities (though a walk up 4 flights). this unit is on the 1st floor and duplexes down into the garden. nice buidling, but the space is narrow and i think only about 650 sq ft - though the broker insists that it is 900...

you might want to look at 2 thread here - one was on appreciation and the other one was on time to lower the price

thanks winnie and tenemental; wondering though whether 789 is a good price? I am thinking of making an offer on the place - i really like it - but not sure that 789 is it. any suggestions on a good offer? winnie, did you list your place? if so, where is it located? is it similar to 613?
