i can't imagine what a horrible time it must have been. and i am truly sorry this happened to you. of course it should nothavehappened. many of us are very concerned with controlling our patients'' pain, no matter the institutional limitations, shortcomings, and budgetary "shortcuts" we may be told to operate under. please remember that while an individual performed the treatment, you can be certain it was ultimately the institution that let you down. insurance companies dictating treatment to doctors and dentists ensures a less-than-ideal outcome for the patient. i did not go into medicine so that i could practice what i know to be substandard medicine. nor did i incur an insane amount of educational debt to find the profession greatly changed just as i finished. it's disheartening, but I have friends who each is trying to make a difference when they can. i'm sorry your case fell through the cracks. of COURSE bankers cheat when Congress LETS them cheat by changing legislation deregulating their operation. duh!! put any banker into that operating environment and you will end up with the same rotten behavior. It is Congress who screwed us by supplicating the banking lobbyists. (Lobbyists have crack legal staff that write the legislation verbatim for a Congressperson's staff - either outright, or in the form of a white paper. Plus all the booze, steakhouses, use of luxury yachts and penthouses. sigh.) This is not about the people, or the people's money, you see. [less]
What the hell are you rambling on about and what does this have to do with real estate?
WHY THE FK go into a top tier medical school which allows in 1 out of 100 applicants, when brokers with 2 week courses passes you by financially, cause they can sleep over-nite at new development offices when the bubble takes off?
Teach your children well, "GET IN EARLY ON THE NEXT BUBBLE!!!!" FK HARD WORK..... it's easier to sofa surf to prosperity.
whassupdoc, you are correct. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
