Discussion about The Olivia at 315 West 33rd Street in Hudson Yards

I would not recommend living here. The leasing agents lie and tell you that electricity is included--it is not. In addition, the gym--albeit beautiful--is not functional. The machines are touch-screen operated, but the screens do not really work. Also, once you start sweating you cannot operate the touch screen. They are not practical. Even worse, there are not blinds and the sun streams into the gym causing you to overheat. The glare inhibits your vision, so you cannot see the screens.

Does anyone have any more recent info about The Olivia? Has the management improved in the past several years?
