Is this building strict on renting out? some listings have as 'condop'

Pretty sure it's fully co-op. I believe you can rent out for a maximum of 12 months.

I believe they strongly oppose rentals and the board is tough about that. You have to have a really good reason but the board rarely approves, is what I've heard.
