Clunky layout with leaden, souless decor. For suffering the indignity of having to live in exile across the river I would expect a hell of a lot more for $3MM than this compromised apartment. And PS: get a new interior decorator--the furniture is too big, heavy and oddly placed for this apartment. PSS: what's with the weird ceiling applique over the strange chandelier placement/choice in the middle of the living room?

Actually, Kyle, I don't think the living room chandelier placement is totally strange - it's having a tiny little tea table for two (underneath that chandelier) in the center of the room that looks absolutely weird.

ph41: that's what I meant. The light placement gives all this emphasis to the absurd furniture placed beneath it just floating in the middle of nowhere. And without the furniture, the light looks too low to leave there--people would be bashing their heads. This is a modern building with comptemporary lines. That stupid ersatz-plaster applique, the fussy chandelier, the whole thing is just awful.

Corzine definitely seems like a jerk.

That's all you get for 3bills in Jersey?
For 3MM and 38K in taxes I would expect a mansion in the sky...
Someone should have seen all this bad judgment coming. For a guy with Corzines pocket book...this is not where you live, it is where you keep your goo-mah.

You feel sorry that he has to live in a standard glass box. No spirit. might as well be in saint louis,or memphis or..jersey.
It makes me feel good that such a psychopath lives in a place like that. reminds me of battery park rentals.
He stole a lot of money from my MF account, yet got no prosecution. Nothing. The republic has degenerated to such a level of corruption it's frightening.
Now raising money for Obama, he's buying himself a nice pardon, just in time to pursue more destruction.

Dreary, complete with a shot of his toilet. I'm sure the agent is telling everyone that in Manhattan this would go for 9 million or whatever price you want to insert.

I just want them to put the Maxwell House sign back up, that's all.
