So things are slow in the NY RE market so there is no better topic of conversation than yourselves (from a lurker, occasional poster). Who has the best, most consistent contributions to SE and why? MVP? --------------------------------------------------------------------- My personal favorite is financeguy. Not the most consistent and it is pretty clear when he (guy) wishes to engage but it is always as rational, concise and considered argument/POV.

i enjoy that i can ignore "comments" of a poster of infinite uselessness--is anyone aware of a way to not have to "manually" ignore posts started by this freak?

SE, is there a feature i can use to effect this?
