This is a very nice layout. Compared to some of the other listings that I just looked at, like the 1200 sq ft. apt where it appears that at least 300 sq.ft. is a hallway.

Except its a townhouse co-op. I'm sure it's nice but there are about 10 on the UWS in this price range that have been sitting on the market for months.
