I am interested to learn more about this building. It looks as though there is some sort of construction going on, apartments range from conditions of squalor to quite fine, looks as though there might be some water issues, seems as though this building had a majestic past in the heyday of Harlem and now needs a bit of sprucing up. The front door is a terrible welcome mat but that can be upgraded. If anyone knows anything about the quality of living, noise levels, condition of the building, what one might expect from the current renovations, whether or not the cost of maintenance might increase over time, how long the building will maintain its HDFC status, it would be fun to learn more and discuss this place. Also how easy is it to get approved to renovate and do construction in one of the units.
