Four new buildings and 250 new apartments are opening this year on Water and Bridge Streets, how do you think think it will impact that area of Dumbo/Vinegar Hill?

i think it will firm up the median pricing in dumbo at $1100 PSF

dumbo = noisy and trainless/no subway. it'll drop the price psf

Its not noisy in that area of Dumbo, hopefully it will bring in some new retail to that area.

Was at 70 Washington and train and auto noise over the bridges was unbearable

depends on your floor and construction - high floor in 100 Jay (right above the Manhattan Bridge) and don't hear a thing. Also, I'm one block from the F.

85 Adams owner here. Building is totally silent. Those double pane soundproof windows really work.
