building at 200 Water Street

if you are looking to relive your college years in a dormitory like setting to the tune of $4000 per month for a two bedroom, then it is great. the below is a far superior building, withoutt the frathouse vibe. a two bed here is about %50000, but you get what you pay for.

Used to be an NYU dorm. Typical FiDi Apartment. Bedrooms are small with decent size living room.Just pray you don't get the apartment where this girl committed suicide: http://gothamist.com/2007/11/13/nyu_suicide_stu.php

I lived here! Its a gorgeous building---- I love it! The views are spectacular. I would have stayed but I wanted a studio for myself and the studios there start at $2400 :(. Having said that, I moved across the street into a pre-war building that I love.... But, ya know, still miss the roof deck.

Oh Yeah, and not trying to "broker" you or anything but, I am a broker myself (I know--you all love us haha) and would be more then happy to show you the 2 2-bedrooms they have left available for immediate or April 1 occupancy.
