Discussion about 89 Bleecker Street in Greenwich Village
The brokers at Bold must really exhaust themselves listing and relisting the same units in this building at inflated prices. The building is incredibly well located but IMHO asking rents are consistently about 20% above market for the poor condition of the bldg. It's not every day you see the same apartment (2F) posted EIGHT times starting at $3,495 and ending at $2,900. A+ for effort but you are spinning your wheels, Bold.

I agree with the above comment. The location is great,but the building is a dump. Ancient windows make it hot in summer and cold in winter. Plumbing,elevator,hot water and laundry room are often non-functional. Leaks are common. Mice and cockroaches. Management is awful and un-responsive to tenants. Wouldn't live here at any price.
