Discussion about The Clement Clarke at 140 West 22nd Street in Chelsea

I'm interested in buying a unit in this building. I would like to know what other buyers have got as realistic closing date

This building looks like it is finishing and the developer seems to be advertising heavily on Streeteasy ... but no price chops which is an interesting statement on their view of the market.

Has anyone heard any news on when closings are meant to start at this building? Has been under construction for ages...

Even longer. What is going on with the construction market? Maybe contractors are being diverted to other developments who are racing because the financing clock is ticking.

This building did not offer price chops but did offer closing cost concessions.
