Discussion about 10 East End Avenue #10H
Is there anyone familiar with this building? It seems that the (2) bedroom apartments sold and on the market are valued somewhat less than comparable buildings on the UES. The lack of a GYM or a sizable Roof Deck should not amount to much of a discount. I'm puzzled as the apts are well portioned with 2 full baths.

i was wondering the same thing. Did you ever shed some light on this subject?

I know a long time resident of this building, and it has pretty much been one thing after another as far as systems breaking down (plumbing, air, etc) though I don't know details of the assessment history to pay for repairs. She also feels that the board is run by the same clique without regard for the benefit of the other residents. Don't know if that part is just perception, but infrastructure seems to be a real problem.
