Discussion about
I want to buy the appliances, sinks, tiles, myself but want a gc for electrical, plumbing, fixture installation. No desire to pay margin to a gc who is already subcontracting the walls, demo, etc. Any recommendations. Must be reliable and resonable. Not looking for museum quality but am stripping to th bare bones. Thanks.

Manhattanfox,

What do you mean when you say you have no desire to pay margin to a gc?

manhattanfox,

I assure you, we will not sub-out demo, partition walls. For a 1-bed apt reno, it sounds like our only subs needed will be plumber/electrician. If you want an estimate, please email me at stephen@capitalcraftsmen.com
