Discussion about The Rushmore at 80 Riverside Boulevard in Lincoln Square
Several M line pats available but seem to be priced above other same floor apts. Also curious why the price big difference between 4L and 5M. Relatively similar floor plans. Any color/impressions?

Both are on the south-west corner of the building, but 5M has a little south-facing terrace off the dining area. That line has an awkward layout, what with the long hall and blind turn between entrance and LR.

Thanks. Agree, the entry is narrow and long. Don't believe the terrace has much value - no view, and price vs 6M reflects this.
